Know Your Air
Summer is almost here - it’s time to know and help Your Air! Colorado's Front Range, including Broomfield, often has poor air quality days in the summer caused by ground level ozone. Ozone at ground-level can cause a variety of health concerns, particularly for sensitive people. Many emissions are due to vehicle traffic and industry sources, but individual activities also contribute to the formation of ozone.

She not only ensures their employment needs are met but also gets to know them on a personal level to make them feel valued and supported.
Volunteers Planting
Thank you so much to Nathan Kelbe (Open Space Coordinator), the Broomfield Open Space Foundation and the 12 volunteers that helped to plant over 100 native plants at the Broomfield County Commons on May 6! Watch this space as these plants continue to grow and restore the wetland areas of the commons, to be beloved by Broomfield Residents and Wildlife for generations to come. This event was co-sponsored by the Broomfield Open Space Foundation and the Open Space and Trails Department.
