Community Update: July 2019
Earlier this year, we produced a video to tell the story of one resilient young woman and her son. Emmie has worked with our Family Support & Stabilization program since 2018 to get the resources, training and emotional support she needs to be a great mom to her son. We hope you enjoy this video as much as we do!
Pride month may be over but we still want to remind everyone: if you think adoption or foster care is right for you, no matter who you are, you're right for CFCS.
The upcoming screening is free and open to all.
We've been having conversations about what college could mean for our group home residents at TLC and Putnam Place.
Seven graduate students from MassArt visited CFCS to present their research on how to use design thinking to improve parents’ and children’s experience in the adoption and foster care system.
We have some good news to share about this wonderful family.
For Reunification Month in June, we'd like to share the story of a hardworking young man who reunited with his family and found permanency.
