Dear Neighbors,
Video obtained by the Chicago Police from a neighbor shows a person of interest who was seen in the area around the time of the incidents
which occurred early Sunday morning.
On Sunday, May 27th, 2018, at approximately 2:00 a.m., in the 400 block of W. Belden
Ave., an unknown male entered a residence and sexually abused a 13 year old female who was asleep in her bedroom. Approximately 20 minutes later, in a separate incident, an unknown male entered a residence in the 500 block of W. Grant Pl. and sexually abused another 11 year old female victim who was also asleep. The offender fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction after the incidents.
The offender is described as:
- White Male
- 20-30 years old
- Light complexion
- 5'06-5'07 / 160 lbs
- Short brown or strawberry blonde hair
- Wearing a button down light colored shirt with front pockets and sleeves rolled up, Slim fitting dark pants and white gym shoes
- Cigarette smoker
