Dear Inspiration Point Residents,

Tomorrow, the gates at Meziere Sky Dr will be temporarily closed for pony rides and a petting zoo at the 19th Hole Park, starting at 11:30 am and ending at 3:30 pm.

To help with traffic flow around the roundabout, security personnel will be onsite assisting throughout the event. In addition, we will have two trains running between Club Inspiration and the 19th Hole Park to transport residents safely.

Please note:

No vehicles will be allowed inside the gated area during this time. This restriction is in place to prevent parking congestion along the street and to ensure a safe experience for everyone attending and the Inspiration Point residents.

We kindly ask all Inspiration Point residents to use the Cobalt Bayou Ln and Azure Pearl Trl gates for entry and exit tomorrow from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm.

We are pleased to share that at the most recent Board of Directors meeting on September 4th, the Board approved several enhancements to the gates on Meziere Sky Dr.

These upgrades are designed to improve safety, reliability, and overall performance. The existing motors will be replaced with new heavy-duty models featuring upgraded heavy-duty arms, providing smoother operation and enhanced durability to support daily use. In addition, a cut-in loop will be installed beneath the gate path to prevent interference with the E-Loop sensor system and ensure safe, efficient movement.

To further strengthen security and visibility, new lighting will be added to illuminate the gate area, and additional cameras will be installed for improved monitoring. The new system will also allow for advanced programming features, offering greater control over gate opening and closing functions. Once the upgrades are complete, we will send a follow-up communication to all residents within Inspiration Point Village with additional details and updated operating information.
