e are following the Executive Order set by the State of Michigan mandating mask usage for all patients and visitors upon entry unless they meet an exception.

In light of the Upper Peninsula Region's current medium high risk level, f
ull visitor restrictions are now in effect.

We are encouraging all patients to set up their Patient Portal accounts.
The portal allows patients to view and request upcoming appointments. Patients can access their medical record, view lab results, pay their medical bills and update personal information. Patients can communicate with their family practice providers and request medication refills using the HealtheLife patient portal.
