American Red Cross
has launched a Virtual Family Assistance Center to support families struggling with loss and grief due to the ongoing Corona Virus pandemic. This national program has information is in multiple languages. All Family Assistance Center support will be provided virtually and is
completely confidential and free

From the Iowa Department of Human Services,
"Stimulus payments are not counted as income for eligibility for other benefits.
BUT stimulus income should still be reported to government agencies like any other income. Keep the stimulus follow up letter for 12 months as proof that the income was from the Economic Impact Payment program."

Siouxland WIC, serving Woodbury County, remains open for all services and they are taking new clients. Clients are not being seen in person during this health emergency.

Girls Inc. of Sioux City
is serving FREE Grab 'n Go dinners from 4:30-5:30pm Monday-Friday for children 18 and under and their caregivers.

Each child present, ages 1-18, will receive a breakfast sack and a lunch sack to be taken off-site for consumption.
