Spring Yin & Reiki Healing
Join Yoga Instructor & certified Reiki practitioner Jen Elder for a unique Yoga experience to celebrate the Spring Equinox & the Full moon.
Yin Yoga is a meditative & passive yoga practice involving variations of seated & reclined postures typically held for 3-5 minutes. Yin yoga helps to teach the mind and body to slow down, cultivating awareness and inner peace. The longer duration of the poses allow the stretch to move into the connective tissues of the body, increasing circulation and flexibility.
Reiki is a Japanese energetic technique used widely for stress reduction, relaxation, & healing. Reiki treats the whole person: body, emotions, mind, & spirit. This gentle technique assists with clearing away of “energetic clutter”, things that you may not even be away are there. It is an extremely gentle practice & a great way to RECHARGE & RENEW as we celebrate new beginnings.
