Yoga for People of Color

An offering for anyone who self-identifies as a person of color. We will gather and practice yoga in a safe and nurturing setting. The class will include postures accessible to all levels as well as time for exploring ways to use breath and meditation to calm the nervous system and energize the body. This offering is intended to be a safe space to honor, celebrate and share our experiences. No experience or flexibility required. No fee to attend.
