Employee Tax Retention Credit

The Senate bill to restore the Employee Retention Tax Credit for the fourth quarter of 2021 was introduced last week. The bill’s sponsors/cosponsors are Senators Hassan (D-NH), Tim Scott (R-SC), Warner (D-VA), Capito (R-WV), and Cardin (D-MD). To read the text of the bill, click here.
