As we come to the end of 2021, we want to say THANK YOU for your support of our programs and, most of all, your support of the valuable nonprofits serving our communities.

In 2022, NetworkPeninsula will celebrate its 15th ANNIVERSARY! We started in December 2007 by serving 11 nonprofits. Today, thanks to the support of our PARTNERS, our programs have reached more than 300 nonprofits serving the Virginia Peninsula!

Below is a snapshot of what we were able to accomplish this year THANKS TO OUR PARTNERS!
  • Board Connections - we hosted 4 of these gatherings, welcoming 28 Board members representing 19 local nonprofit organizations.

  • DEI Collective Learning Journey - This 5-month long Education & Discussion Series, offered in partnership with the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters Foundation, welcomed 39 nonprofit leaders representing 25 nonprofit organizations.

  • Peer to Peer Networks - These gatherings provided valuable opportunities to troubleshoot challenges and know they are not alone! A total of 13 coffees welcomed 52 staff representing 30 nonprofits.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking Cohorts - We offered 3 Cohorts for 9 nonprofits in 2021, in partnership with the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters Foundation. to explore the creation of new revenue.

  • Nonprofit Management Institute at Thomas Nelson Community College - A total of 12 certificate- and credit-based classes were provided to 69 students representing 48 organizations.

  • Monthly Webinars - we hosted 7 webinars on topics vital to continued growth have reached 74 nonprofit staff and board members from 50 local nonprofit organizations.
