The Comp U.S. office will be closed Wednesday, December 25, 2024, and Wednesday, January 1, 2025, in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays. Please contact your Account Service Representative to reschedule your payroll submission time, so that we may deliver your payroll to you in a timely manner. Please be advised that during this peak holiday season, all delivery services could require additional transit time due to extremely high volume. Upon request in advance, we can temporarily change your mode of delivery.
The following payroll processing schedules for these holidays are:
Tuesday, December 24, 2024, and Tuesday, December 31, 2024
Timesheets reported after 12pm (NOON) will not be processed/shipped until after the holiday. An additional direct deposit short window fee will be assessed if payroll is submitted after 12pm(NOON).
Wednesday, December 25, 2024, and Wednesday, January 1, 2025

Timesheets reported to us on Thursday should be delivered as scheduled.
If you need to change your check date, please contact your ASR PRIOR to processing your payroll.
