COMPANY DIRECTOR'S NOTE!
NOTES FROM KRISTEN!

Happy Wednesday! 

Thank you all for helping to make our Company Kick-Off Meetings a huge success! It was great having everyone together and the excitement from all of you was awesome! I can tell it's going to be a fantastic year!

Here are a few quick notes but BE SURE TO READ THE BLOCKS BELOW to stay up-to-date on all of our Company Information!  (The schedule of dates is also below!)
  • Contracts  are due ASAP! If you missed the meeting Sunday please stop by the front desk to pick one up and sign. 
  • If your dancer plans to compete a solo/duet/trio this year we also need a contract signed for that. We will be unable to assign a teacher to your dancer until we receive your paperwork.   
  • Company buddies! At our kickoff meeting each dancer was assigned a "buddy". See below for more information and the buddy list!
  • Sunday rehearsals will begin Sunday, September 11th- exact times TBA.

There is always a lot of Company information to share and we want to be sure everyone is kept informed! Here's how we communicate with you!
  • Weekly Company Newsletter via email EVERY Wednesday! Watch for it each week! 
  • We use our Company Team App to send out push notifications as needed! Sign up now for all of your specific groups as well as the ALL COMPANY group! (Instructions Below)
  • Email as needed. You can send email to us at: info@centerstageacademy.org or to Kristen at: kdrice13@yahoo.com.
Please make sure we have your most used email address on file at the front desk so you don't miss out on important information!

Center Stage Company has their own Smartphone App to keep you informed!  To get the full features of the CS Team App you need to: 

First: Download Team App onto your smartphone.

Download Team App here: 

It's 100% FREE!

Second: Launch Team App.

Then follow these steps:

1. Sign-up to Team App.
 You'll be sent an email to confirm your registration.

2. Log in. Then search for Center Stage Company and request access to the group(s) that apply to you.

For example, everyone should request access to join the All Company group and then all of the group classes/ routines that you/ your dancer are in! 

We will use this App to send push notifications to your phone to give everyone immediate need-to-know information- especially during the competition season! 

If you don't have a smartphone, reply to this email so you can be added manually and you'll receive email notifications instead of push notifications to your phone.

We know we have AWESOME parents and many of you have asked how you can be more involved/ help out with Company, so here's your chance! 

We formally started our Parent Booster Club last season and for now it will be primarily in charge of Company Fundraisers- helping organize them, etc...

We will be taking Company and Pre-Company photos on Sunday, September 11th!

All competition dancers will need to attend this exciting opportunity!!!  We plan on taking individual headshots and group photos- which means we need everyone there to get complete group pictures!

Just a reminder that the dress code for company is NOT OPTIONAL! Be sure to wear your company uniform and fix your hair for class times!
