NOTES FROM KRISTEN!

Hi Company Families! 

Thanks to all for making great use of our time at the showcase. Now is the time for your dancer to be practicing so they can be confident on stage! 

Good luck to our ballerinas participating in YAGP this weekend in Dallas! Have an incredible experience! 

Here are some IMPORTANT notes/reminders! 
  • Jennifer and I have recently been using our Company Team App to send specific notifications to individual groups about rehearsals and it has come to our attention that many of you have NOT signed up yet for your individual routines for this season! Please do so ASAP! Students (who own a smart phone) & Parents should both sign up! Details on how to sign up are below! 
  • Please remember that attendance over the next two weeks (starting Sunday) is mandatory per your company contract! 
  • The Following groups need to be sure they have company uniform shorts to wear under their costume: Senior Musical Theater & Teen Musical Theater  
  • If you picked up your Hip Hop Shoes on Sunday, please return them to the front desk ASAP for us to ensure everyone has the correct pair!
  • Footed Tights are now available at the front desk!
  • VIP Dance Competition Fees are Due TODAY, February 22nd! No late fees will be accepted! NEW! You can fill out the form below for us to charge your competition fees to your account! See below for more information and the form to pay now!   (You can also come in & pay at the front desk!)
    • Solos: $110 each solo 
    • Duets and Trios: $60 each dancer 
  • Talent on Parade Dance Competition Fees are Due Wednesday, March 8th! No late fees will be accepted! You can fill out the form below for us to charge your competition fees to your account! See below for more information and the form to pay now! Be sure to select the Talent on Parade fees form! (You can also come in & pay at the front desk!)
    • Solos: $104 each solo 
    • Duets and Trios: $58 each dancer
    • T OP Entertainer: an additional $35 for solos (on top of the $104) Talk to me if you are interested in entering for this!
     
  • Don't forget about our CS Trivia Night Fundraiser coming up on March 3rd! Please see the block below for information on how to participate or attend! 
  • Information about our Giving Bean Fundraiser is in the block below! Orders & Payments are due by March 15th!

  • Information about Company Make-Up is available to view on the Company Webpage! For everyone's convenience, we have kept the required make-up the same as last year! There are also links to videos on our CS youtube channel showing how to apply the make-up! 
  • Please be sure you have your hotel arrangements for the Wichita VIP competition and Nationals. You can stay anywhere you like!  Information regarding the host hotel for each one can be found at Vipdance.com!

Entry fees for Solos/Duets/Trios ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY charged to your account! 

You MUST let the front desk know to charge your account or pay via another method by the entry deadline for each competition or your solo/duet/trio routine will not be entered!

Center Stage Company has their own Smartphone App to keep you informed! 
To get the full features of the CS Team App you need to: 

First: Download Team App onto your smartphone.

Download Team App here: 

It's 100% FREE!

Second: Launch Team App.

Then follow these steps:

1. Sign-up to Team App.
 You'll be sent an email to confirm your registration.

2. Log in. Then search for Center Stage Company and request access to the group(s) that apply to you.

For example, everyone should request access to join the All Company group and then all of the group classes/ routines that you/ your dancer are in! 

3.  Enable Push Notifications on your phone! (Go to settings to enable them.)

We will use this App to send push notifications to your phone to give everyone immediate need-to-know information- especially during the competition season! 

If you don't have a smartphone, reply to this email so you can be added manually and you'll receive email notifications instead of push notifications to your phone.

Here is the block schedule we have received from Cathy Roe. They will send us more detailed information soon!

"We will be ready to greet you with a smile when doors open on Friday night at 6:00pm! The doors will open on Saturday and Sunday at 7:30am." -Cathy Roe Organizers 

The approximate times for routines are as follows:

Friday Night:
Teen Novice and Intermediate Solos, Teen Ultimate Title: 6:00pm- 9:30pm

Saturday:
Mini, Petite and Junior Solos and Ultimate Title - 8am to 1pm
Mini, Petites and Junior Duets/Trios- 12pm to 3pm
Mini Petite and Junior Small Groups - 2pm-7pm
Mini Petite and Junior Large Groups and Line/Production - 4pm-9pm

Sunday:
Teen Elite Solos - 8am-10am
Senior Solos and Ultimate Title-9am-12pm
Teen and Senior Duets/Trios - 10am-3pm
Teen and Senior Small Groups-1pm-5pm
Teen and Senior Large Groups and Line/Production-1pm-6pm

COMPANY EARRINGS!
All of our dancers, Company and Pre-Company, wear our rhinestone Company earrings!  Many of you have these from last year, but anyone who is new to our team will need a pair. 

You receive one complimentary pair, after that you may purchase additional pairs. 

Replacement pairs are $5.00 for pierced and $7.00 for clip earrings (plus tax). 

If you are new and need a pair (or have lost yours and need to purchase a pair) please FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW with your dancer's name and if they need PIERCED or CLIP earrings.
