COMPANY DIRECTOR'S NOTE!
NOTES FROM KRISTEN!

Hi Company Families! 

With our first competition coming up quickly, be sure to watch for and read all emails, texts and notifications we send your way! We don't want anyone to miss anything and there are lots of little details!  

Everyone MUST sign the parent waiver by TODAY for Cathy Roe or your dancer won't be
able to go! 

Here are some IMPORTANT notes/reminders! 
  • Sunday is dress rehearsal for all routines!  Dancers should bring all costumes and accessories and wear appropriate tights and shoes.  Dancers will also need hair done for Sunday (hair style lists will be sent out soon). Make-up is optional but this is a good time to practice.
  • All company classes will have dress rehearsal during regular class next week: March 6-9th! Additional practices will also happen-see list below (these will not be dress rehearsals unless noted).  
  • Many of the dancers with need rhinestone chokers to wear for their routine (see list below). We will be using the same chokers we used last year. Please fill out the form below to let me know if you need one by this Friday, March 3rd!
  • Please remember that attendance over the next two weeks is mandatory per your company contract! 
  • The Following groups need to be sure they have company uniform shorts to wear under their costume: Senior Musical Theater & Teen Musical Theater  
  • Footed Tights are now available at the front desk!
  • Talent on Parade Dance Competition Fees are Due Wednesday, March 8th! No late fees will be accepted! You can fill out the form below for us to charge your competition fees to your account! See below for more information and the form to pay now! Be sure to select the Talent on Parade fees form! (You can also come in & pay at the front desk!)
    • Solos: $104 each solo 
    • Duets and Trios: $58 each dancer
    • T OP Entertainer: an additional $35 for solos (on top of the $104) Talk to me if you are interested in entering for this!
     
  • Don't forget about our CS Trivia Night Fundraiser coming up THIS FRIDAY March 3rd! Please see the block below for information on how to participate or attend! 
  • Information about our Giving Bean Fundraiser is in the block below! Orders & Payments are due by March 15th!

  • Please be sure you have your hotel arrangements for the Wichita VIP competition and Nationals. You can stay anywhere you like!  Information regarding the host hotel for each one can be found at Vipdance.com!

You MUST let the front desk know to charge your account or pay via another method by the entry deadline for each competition or your solo/duet/trio routine will not be entered!

CS TRIVIA NIGHT- MAR 3
If you are participating in the Trivia Night fundraiser, please make sure you sign up to work a shift during the trivia night!! A dancer or dancer representative (parent, etc.) must work at least one shift. Dancers/parents do not earn money just for helping!

CATHY ROE SCHEDULE!
The schedule for the Cathy Roe Competition is now available on the Company Web Page and Company Team App!


Doors will open Friday, March 10th at 5:30pm, Saturday at 7:30am and Sunday at 7:30am.

Dancers will need to arrive 2 hours before their scheduled time! 

Also note that they have a professional videographer and photographer in Kansas City this year, so videotaping and photography are not permitted. 

Parents and dancers will have an opportunity to purchase videos and photos at the competition or afterwards online at  www.drcvideo.com.

1. Sign-up to Team App.
 You'll be sent an email to confirm your registration.

2. Log in. Then search for Center Stage Company and request access to the group(s) that apply to you.

For example, everyone should request access to join the All Company group and then all of the group classes/ routines that you/ your dancer are in! 

3.  Enable Push Notifications on your phone! (Go to settings to enable them.)

We will use this App to send push notifications to your phone to give everyone immediate need-to-know information- especially during the competition season! 

If you don't have a smartphone, reply to this email so you can be added manually and you'll receive email notifications instead of push notifications to your phone.

COMPANY EARRINGS!
All of our dancers, Company and Pre-Company, wear our rhinestone Company earrings!  Many of you have these from last year, but anyone who is new to our team will need a pair. 

You receive one complimentary pair, after that you may purchase additional pairs. 

Replacement pairs are $5.00 for pierced and $7.00 for clip earrings (plus tax). 

If you are new and need a pair (or have lost yours and need to purchase a pair) please FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW with your dancer's name and if they need PIERCED or CLIP earrings.
