  • Donations for The Christmas Store! Please join together with all of our CS families to spread holiday cheer! See list below for requested food donations to help provide a holiday meal to families in need! Donations can be dropped off at the front desk!

    The Booster Club would like YOUR opinion! Please read the info below and answer the quick survey question if you have not already done so!

  • SAVE THE DATE! Just a reminder that our Company Intensives with Don Mirault are coming up December 16-18 and are REQUIRED for everyone except Pre-Company!
  • Be sure to check the Sunday Rehearsal schedule below for times and for which groups ARE rehearsing this Sunday! WE WILL HAVE COMPANY REHEARSALS ON THE SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH!

BREAD FUNDRAISER DETAILS!
Butter Braid Bread
The Ever Popular & Delicious Butter Braid Bread Fundraiser is going on NOW!

Stop by the front desk to pick up the two forms you need for this fundraiser! 

All orders need to be turned in by the end of the night on  December 1st! When you turn in your forms please include cash or one check made out to Center Stage Academy.  

Orders will be delivered and will need to be picked up the week of December 5-9, exact date and time to come!

DONATIONS CAN BE DROPPED OFF AT THE STUDIO!

Donations of menu items, including boxes of instant potatoes, corn bread, roll mix, stuffing, cake, frosting, gravy and cocoa, canned vegetables, canned fruit, cranberry sauce and Jell-O are also needed. Families receive vouchers to help pay for perishable foods.

COMPANY FUNDRAISER SURVEY!
TRIVIA NIGHT POSSIBILITY! 

Here is one of the ideas the Booster Club has discussed as a fund raising possibility and we want YOUR INPUT!

Please read through the description of the event below and then answer the quick survey to help us determine the level of interest in participating!
 
Event Type:  Entertainment Trivia 
 
When:  A Thursday Evening or a Saturday Evening
 
Location Ideas: Large Groups - Warrensburg Elks Lodge  - we would do Taco  Bar; Smaller Groups (about 20 teams) - could order or let them order
 
Prices: 
 
$200 a Team of 8 (if we provide dinner)
 
$160 a Team of 8 (if they order their own dinner)
 
Possible Agenda: 

5 Rounds of 10 Questions; Tie Breaker Round if Needed
 
6:00 p.m. - Dinner and Cash Bar Available
 
6:30 p.m. - Trivia Begins
 
 
Sell Mulligans - $20 buys 4 correct answers.  Only can be bought before
Round #1 starts.
 
Do a Round of Questions; Live Auction items between rounds; Read the
Answers; Go over the Scores
 
Next Round... Repeat

Costs & Income Division:

Income divided up between Dancers (this we made need to look at)
 
Cost of Food and Room Rental - paid out of Auction Items.
 
Each participant responsible for 1 auction item ... We can help provide a
list of where to get these or a how to for dessert display to sell if needed.
 
Each table or participant a dancer gets they keep that money.  So if you get  a full table your income is "$200".  If you get a table and ½ - your income  is "$300".  
 
May have to limit participation or have 2 Trivia Nights...which we can do
easily.

Center Stage Company has their own Smartphone App to keep you informed!  To get the full features of the CS Team App you need to: 

First: Download Team App onto your smartphone.

Download Team App here: 

It's 100% FREE!

Second: Launch Team App.

Then follow these steps:

1. Sign-up to Team App.
 You'll be sent an email to confirm your registration.

2. Log in. Then search for Center Stage Company and request access to the group(s) that apply to you.

For example, everyone should request access to join the All Company group and then all of the group classes/ routines that you/ your dancer are in! 

We will use this App to send push notifications to your phone to give everyone immediate need-to-know information- especially during the competition season! 

If you don't have a smartphone, reply to this email so you can be added manually and you'll receive email notifications instead of push notifications to your phone.
