TRIVIA NIGHT POSSIBILITY!
Here is one of the ideas the Booster Club has discussed as a fund raising possibility and we want YOUR INPUT!
Please read through the description of the event below and then answer the quick survey to help us determine the level of interest in participating!
Event Type:
Entertainment Trivia
When:
A Thursday Evening or a Saturday Evening
Location Ideas: Large Groups - Warrensburg Elks Lodge
- we would do Taco
Bar; Smaller Groups (about 20 teams) - could order or let them order
Prices:
$200 a Team of 8 (if we provide dinner)
$160 a Team of 8 (if they order their own dinner)
Possible Agenda:
5 Rounds of 10 Questions; Tie Breaker Round if Needed
6:00 p.m. - Dinner and Cash Bar Available
6:30 p.m. - Trivia Begins
Sell Mulligans - $20 buys 4 correct answers. Only can be bought before
Round #1 starts.
Do a Round of Questions; Live Auction items between rounds; Read the
Answers; Go over the Scores
Next Round... Repeat
Our Costs:
Location Rental,
Food
Teams,
Auction Items,
Mulligans
Costs & Income Division:
Income divided up between Dancers (this we made need to look at)
Cost of Food and Room Rental - paid out of Auction Items.
Each participant responsible for 1 auction item ... We can help provide a
list of where to get these or a how to for dessert display to sell if needed.
Each table or participant a dancer gets they keep that money. So if you get
a full table your income is "$200". If you get a table and ½ - your income
is "$300".
May have to limit participation or have 2 Trivia Nights...which we can do
easily.
