COMPANY UPDATE
Volume 11 2021-2022 Season

Mask Policy:

Dear NHAPA families,

The health and safety of our faculty/staff, students and their families remain a top priority for us as we open our new season. We are committed to delivering an in-person dance education again throughout the year and will continue to take the appropriate measures to make every effort to achieve that goal. We have been monitoring the rising local transmission rates of COVID-19 and Rockingham County has had a High level of transmission for the last several weeks. We will be instituting a mask mandate for all students 5 and up, faculty and staff regardless of vaccination status. This is also consistent with the local public schools in our region. We will be re-evaluating this protocol frequently and will communicate any changes. We appreciate your understanding, cooperation and continued commitment to our school.

Welcome Back Workout:

We will be having our welcome back workout on Wednesday, September 29th at 4pm. This is for all company members.
Breast Cancer Walk:

We will be performing at the Breast Cancer Walk on Sunday, October, 24th. Call time will be at 9:30am. More details to come.
Performance Video:

We realize many are anxious to obtain a copy of the Music Hall show. We have not forgotten. Unfortunately this summer with our attention on summer classes, registering new families and summer show preparation, we haven't had the chance to determine a solution for distribution. The vendor that recorded the performance doesn't have a solution so we have to build our own and need some technical assistance. We are still committed to this and appreciate your patience.
Calendar:

Please look over the calendar for our traditional dance season. Please note: These dates are tentative and subject to change.

Makeup:

We have switched vendors for our company makeup due to poor customer service. I am very pleased to now have Pretty Girl Cosmetics to be supplying us with our makeup products. Returning company members do not need to purchase anything new, as I have color matched all of our makeup from last year. If you need to refill a makeup item, you can do that through their website.



COVID Waiver:

*We are missing some COVID waivers. Please complete it so we don't have to track you down.

Please complete the COVID waiver below before our 2021-2022 tradition season begins. As a reminder, you can give us a copy of your vaccination card post 2 weeks after full vaccination if you wish to not wear a mask for our August intensive.

Company Contract:

I am still missing company contracts. This is a requirement to start the dance season.

Please read, sign, and return your company contract.
Company Apparel Orders Update:

I have made phone calls those that have orders ready for pickup. I am still waiting on a few items for some orders. If you need something specific for next week feel free to reach out and ask me if it's in yet. I will be at the studio this Friday 11-5, for those that have been notified that their orders are completed. For those waiting, I promise I will call you as soon as I have your full order in.

*Once you receive your order, PLEASE go home and try on everything. I need to have all items that are needed for exchange/return by Friday, September 24th so that I can return/exchange within our vendors policy timeframe.
