COMPANY UPDATE
Volume 12 2021-2022 Season
Hello,

A student in the community has tested positive for COVID. Any students that aren't fully vaccinated have been notified and they will not be able to attend class until we verify a safe date of return. All students that are vaccinated do NOT need to quarantine unless they are experiencing any unusual symptoms (ie.stomach ache, headache , fever) as far as we understand the regulations at this time. We are asking all coming in this evening to take a quick temp check. If you are having any symptoms, please stay home and consider getting tested.

Dear company members and families,

There has been a change in my schedule this year and I will be working limited hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will be working often at the studio or from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays prior to teaching. I will be far more responsive on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to any questions or concerns. If you have an immediate concern on a Tuesday or Thursday you can reach out to Kim P. or Alicia.

A note for all company members: If you are going to be late for class or are going to be absent, please call the studio or send an email to Kim P. and Daveda. It is important that we know when we shouldn't be expecting you so that we aren't trying to find where you are and can inform our faculty.
Performance Video:

Dear Company Members & other NHAPA Performers,

We have the entire show June 12th Music Hall Annual Performance professionally recorded and will be selling two versions to families through the app shop. 

1) Full Length Performance -$40
2) Just Non-company Numbers-$25

We will be placing all of the orders on individual thumb drives. They will also be ready for pick-up on 10/30 and the deadline to purchase is 10/15.
Class Assistant Reminder:

This is a reminder for our class assistants to take attendance at the start of your helpout classes. The faculty and staff are relying on you to keep this information up to date!
Mask Policy:

Dear NHAPA families,

The health and safety of our faculty/staff, students and their families remain a top priority for us as we open our new season. We are committed to delivering an in-person dance education again throughout the year and will continue to take the appropriate measures to make every effort to achieve that goal. We have been monitoring the rising local transmission rates of COVID-19 and Rockingham County has had a High level of transmission for the last several weeks. We will be instituting a mask mandate for all students 5 and up, faculty and staff regardless of vaccination status. This is also consistent with the local public schools in our region. We will be re-evaluating this protocol frequently and will communicate any changes. We appreciate your understanding, cooperation and continued commitment to our school.

Welcome Back Workout:

Correction: The Welcome Back Workout will be on Thursday, 9/30 at 4pm. This is for all company members.
Breast Cancer Walk:

We will be performing at the Breast Cancer Walk on Sunday, October, 24th. Call time will be at 9:30am.

Breast Cancer fundraising information will be sent out shortly.
Company Apparel Orders Update:

All company orders have been filled. If you haven't picked up your order yet please come see me. I am in the studio Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.

If you need to make a return/exchange for any of your items, I need them back before this Friday 9/24 so that I am able to make it within our vendors return/exchange policies. DO NOT wait until last minute to try everything on.
LA Flight Information:

Flight information is in the works. I will send out the information as soon as I have it.
Company Corner:

As some of you may have noticed, we have designed a new website for NHAPA. I am currently working on provided you all a space for you to access company information, otherwise known as "Company Corner". Workshop scheduling is already in the works and I will be posting scheduled workshops on the website in company corner and I will also reiterate those dates in company updates as they get closer.
