COMPASS HEALTH ANNOUNCES INCREASED WAGE SCALES FOR CLINICAL STAFF
Compass Health recently negotiated wage increases for all front-line clinical staff across the agency, with all positions receiving an increase in the range of 5 to 30%. The new wage increases are just part of the way Compass Health is working to address and overcome the workforce shortages, specifically in the community behavioral health field.

For example, the starting wage for a new graduate with a master’s degree and no experience has increased by 18%. Master’s prepared clinicians with licensure now have a special higher scale – a licensed clinician with five years’ of experience will see a 30% increase over the old scale. New peer counselors can expect to see increases of 11 to 12%. On-call staff in all positions will receive a 20% premium.

The increases, coupled with the current comprehensive benefits package offered, are part of what our agency is doing to make Compass Health the place behavioral health and administrative professionals choose to work.
BREAKING THE CYCLE OF HOMELESSNESS THROUGH OUR EMERGENCY MOTEL VOUCHER PROGRAM
Compass Health’s Emergency Motel Voucher Program provides short-term assistance for individuals and families experiencing homeless and need a place to stay, heal, recover, and rest, while beginning the search for a more permanent housing solution. Oftentimes, this program is the difference between building a home and continuing life on the street.

In this last year we’ve seen the demand and referrals increase more than 300% for these services, with vouchers only available as funds from community members and partners.

Your support, and the support of the community, is critical.
OPEN SPOTS FOR YOUTH TO JOIN CAMP MARIPOSA
Camp Mariposa, a national addiction prevention and mentoring program, has open spots available for youth who have been impacted by substance use in their home setting.

Camp Mariposa hosts free, weekend camps throughout the year; providing fun, traditional camp activities combined with education and support exercises. The camp is led by Compass Health’s mental health professionals and trained mentors.

Camp Mariposa helps youth supported in their journey and gives them a chance to build knowledge, coping skills, and confidence.
WE'RE HIRING!
Compass Health is looking for dedicated mental health professionals to join our team! From positions in outpatient services to crisis stabilization programs, administration to master's level clinicians, from Edmonds to Friday Harbor, we've got a team and position perfect for you!
