Huldah Momanyi Hiltsley becomes first Kenyan immigrant to win state seat in U.S.


Mshale Contributing Editor Edwin Okong'o shared Huldah Momanyi Hiltsley's inspiring journey from Kenyan immigrant to making history on Nov. 5 when she won a seat on the Minnesota House of Representatives.
