Meetings

At the most recent Board meeting, Bookkeeper Leigh Ann Fink shared that BHA is staying on budget and right on track as we look toward 2026.

Board members heard from John Fisher, Chuck Dietsche, and James Hall regarding a proposed residential property redevelopment project, referred to as "The Vine."

Executive Director Doug Jones reported steady progress on several key operational priorities. Staff is working through purging outdated files, exploring updated database options, improving member services, and coordinating more closely with the Village on permit info. The team has also renewed BHA’s property insurance, kicked off an update to the reserve study, and filled open staff positions. Ongoing efforts include improving financial processes, finalizing the 2024 financials with BHA’s CPA, enhancing communication tools, and preparing revised boat lease agreements for Board review.

The next meeting is 7/25/25 at 8:30 a.m. in BHA's Association Center (111 Lighthouse Wynd) or join meeting with the Zoom link. The agenda will be posted on the website when available.
