ACTION REQUIRED:
All employees must complete open enrollment in UltiPro.
Now through Dec. 1, 2023, enroll in your health and voluntary benefits for 2024, as well as flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA). All employees -- even those declining or renewing coverage or those who've only recently enrolled -- MUST complete open enrollment by Dec. 1. After Dec. 1, you will NOT be able to change or alter your benefits. All benefit eligible employees (who work a minimum of 1560 hours annually) must enroll. Your 2023 benefits will not rollover into the new year.
Reminders:
- There are no major carrier changes to your benefits, meaning we'll continue to partner with Mutual Health Services (MHS) for medical, Delta Dental for dental and Delta Vision for vision.
- Transamerica will be our NEW Health Savings Account (HSA) vendor.
- A new Paid Time Off (PTO) tracking system will be launched in UKG on Jan. 1.
-
Your 401k/ROTH elections are not included in open enrollment. You can make changes to your deferral at any time by logging into UltiPro and clicking on the life event "Change 401k and ROTH deferral." If you make no changes, your current deferral will continue to come out as normal.
-
All employees should add their spouse and dependent child as a dependent in order to tie them to Rea’s company paid Basic Life Insurance.
-
All employees with a spouse or dependent child(ren) should add themselves as a beneficiary within the open enrollment site. Rea's plan rules dictate that employees must be the beneficiary of Basic Spouse and Child life.
-
All employees should have an emergency contact listed.
