We are currently in the process of launching  Smarsh as our new email and social media archiving solution. As a result, we will sunset our current use of Erado for these functions.

Please note, this is separate and distinct from Social Patrol which will be implemented over the coming months for individuals associated with LPL Financial.
 
For those who utilize social media for business purposes, you will receive an email this week with instructions on activating Smarsh. To assist you with the setup process, we have attached a step-by-step user guide on how to enable the connection between your social media accounts and Smarsh.
As our firm continues to grow and evolve, we will periodically evaluate our vendors to ensure we have the right technology in place to support your business and satisfy our regulatory responsibilities.
