RE: Annual Reporting Deadlines
The MIC3 Compliance Committee is responsible for monitoring the compliance by member states with the terms of the compact and the Commission's rules, and for developing appropriate enforcement procedures for the Commission's consideration.
Through the Commission's by-laws, Rules, and policies, member states are required to provide written reports related to implementing the Compact in their state. This memo informs the Compact representative for each member state of the Fiscal Year 2025 reporting requirements and deadlines.

- Hold a minimum of one State Council meeting
- End-of-Year Report (Form)
Compact Statute, Article XIV Finance of the Interstate Commission
- The national office must receive annual membership dues by the end of the fiscal year in which they are due.
