RE: Annual Reporting Deadlines
Through the Commission's by-laws, Rules, and policies, member states are required to provide written reports related to implementing the Compact in their state. This memo informs the Compact representative for each member state of the Fiscal Year 2025 reporting requirements and deadlines.
Due by Monday, June 30, 2025, by 6:00 PM Hawaii Time
Compact Rules, Chapter 800 State Coordination
- Hold a minimum of one State Council meeting
- End-of-Year Report (Form)
Compact Statute, Article XIV Finance of the Interstate Commission
- The national office must receive annual membership dues by the end of the fiscal year in which they are due.
The Compliance Committee will continue to assist and support member states, ensuring they can meet the FY25 deadlines outlined in this memo. Commissioners can view their state's outstanding items by clicking the 2025 State Compliance and Coordination (graphic). Member states can request an extension for a requirement by emailing a written request to the national office.
