Reminder to Complete Your Annual Compliance Report(s)

As a reminder, you have until December 1 to submit your Compliance Report(s) to TABC.

TABC license and permit holders must use the TABC: Compliance Reporting mobile device application to conduct and submit an annual compliance report for each of their licensed/permitted locations in Texas. The app is an efficiency tool that gives businesses the opportunity to avoid a lengthy on-site inspection by a TABC auditor.

The current reporting period began on September 1, 2019 and ends on December 1, 2019. If you fail to submit a compliance report for any of your licensed/permitted locations in Texas by December 1, you may receive a visit from a TABC auditor and an administrative warning.

If your business has NOT yet registered for TABC’s Compliance Reporting program…
  1. Designate one person to act as the primary administrator for your business’s compliance reporting responsibilities.
  2. The administrator must access the online registration link provided by TABC via email or mail and complete the online registration process. If your business has NOT received a registration link, request one at www.tabc.texas.gov/crhelpform.

Once your business has registered for TABC’s Compliance Reporting Program…
  1. The administrator can download the TABC: Compliance Reporting app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and begin completing your required report(s).
  2. The administrator can manage the users that have access to the app and assign them to conduct reports for your business’s locations via the Compliance Reporting Administrative Portal.
Tips, Guidance, & Technical Assistance

Before conducting a Compliance Report, make sure your business displays all required signs. Failure to do so is a common area of non-compliance. Review and print your required signs at https://tabc.texas.gov/laws/sign_requirements.asp .

If you are unable to open the registration and administrative portal websites…
  1. Make sure you are using an updated version of your web browser. Supported browsers are: Chrome 68+; Internet Explorer 11 +; Safari 11 +; and Firefox 62+.
  2. Enable TLS 1.2 on your web browser (required for security). Learn how at https://knowledge.digicert.com/generalinformation/INFO3299.html.
  3. If the above steps do not address the problem, file a CR Help Request: https://www.tabc.texas.gov/crhelpform.
