AHFA recently updated the 2023 Non-Metropolitan Income/Rent Limits on its website. AHFA discovered HUD placed a cap on these Income/Rent Limits based on the US Non-Metro this year. 

Although it is unclear why HUD capped these limits, AHFA decided to revise the 2023 Non-Metropolitan Income/Rent Limits to match the more conservative limits published by HUD.

AHFA wants to remind owners/management to review their tenant data in AHFA DMS online after entering it into the system. Use the Export Events feature to review your data. You may convert your data into Excel to aid with this process.
