AHFA recently updated the 2023 Non-Metropolitan Income/Rent Limits on its website. AHFA discovered HUD placed a cap on these Income/Rent Limits based on the US Non-Metro this year.
Although it is unclear why HUD capped these limits, AHFA decided to revise the 2023 Non-Metropolitan Income/Rent Limits to match the more conservative limits published by HUD.
