“Laura Dodd and Lois Willneff oversee the Risk Management and Safety activities for the county. The Experience Modification factor is a direct reflection of the claims experience for the county. It is currently .72 (with 1.0 being average). Any modification rate below 1.0 is very good. The modification rate for St. Johns County BCC has been in the credit range for 5 consecutive years. Risk Team is constantly evaluating processes and instituting change with the belief it will help even though they continue to have success. Their values revolve around compassion, innovation, and trust. These data points involve the amount of premium the county pays and although the experience modification for the county has saved a significant amount of money over the years, what is most important, is that St. Johns County is really a safe place to work.”

Personnel who successfully complete the Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (AMOT) Training Course will receive a FDOT- recognized qualification which is valid for four (4) years, to perform work zone traffic control planning, design, implementation, inspection and/or supervising the selection, placement or maintenance of traffic control schemes or devices in work zones on the State Highway System in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation Specifications 105-5.3 and 102-3.2. | |

SafeTapp App - Mobile LMS | |

With SafeTapp, you can log into your account using your BIStrainer username and password and download all your training certificates. Once downloaded to the app, your certificates will be available to you offline. SafeTapp also provides the ability to upload historical training records, including copies of your certificates, directly into your account using your mobile device so that these training records will sync with your BIStrainer account.
