Complimentary Tabletop Exhibit for CSD Members at the Society for Investigative Dermatology 2025 Annual Meeting

The Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID) is excited to welcome attendees to San Diego, CA, for the 2025 Annual Meeting, taking place at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel from May 7-10, 2025!

The SID is pleased to extend a cordial invitation to members of the Coalition of Skin Diseases (CSD) to register for a Complimentary Tabletop Exhibit at the 2025 SID Annual Meeting.

TABLETOP EXHIBIT SPACE REGISTRATION

• The SID offers one (1) complimentary Tabletop Exhibit Space to each Coalition Member organization.
• The Tabletop Exhibit Registration Form must be submitted to the SID office by Monday, April 7, 2025.

CONFIRMING YOUR TABLETOP EXHIBIT SPACE

The completed Tabletop Exhibit Registration Form should be returned to Stephanie Flanagan in the SID office, via any of the suggested methods:

CSD MEMBER TABLETOP EXHIBIT SET UP

• The Tabletop Exhibit will be located at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, with the exact location to be determined.

• Each Tabletop Exhibit includes:
• One (1) six-foot skirted table
• Two (2) chairs

• Setup for Tabletops will be on Wednesday, May 7th beginning at 10:00 AM



• Exhibit dates/hours are as follows:
• Wednesday, May 7th, 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday, May 8th, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday, May 9th, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Saturday, May 10th, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

2025 SID ANNUAL MEETING EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

• Two (2) complimentary SID Meeting registrations will be allotted for each Coalition Member organization.

• Complimentary meeting registrations are not meant for leadership, volunteer scientists and/or researcher and are to be used by the employee(s) of the exhibiting organization

• Upon registering for SID 2025, please select the "Non-Member" Registration Category and use this promo code to receive your complimentary registration: CSD2025

• Additional individuals attending the SID Annual Meeting must complete the 2025 SID Annual Meeting Registration Form or online registration 

• We are pleased to announce that the Social Event for the 2025 Meeting will be held onboard the USS Midway aircraft carrier. Please note that there is a nominal fee to attend this event, and you can purchase this ticket during the registration process.
