For most of us, spring symbolizes a time for new beginnings, a season of growth and renewal — a fresh start.
With this in mind, each of us is in the process of setting the personal and professional goals we will focus on throughout the year. These goals will guide our decisions and the work we prioritize. They will motivate and inspire us to grow and develop new talents. They will move us forward on our individual career paths and as an organization. These goals connect us.
As we execute our strategic plan, we begin to see initiatives take shape to support us on our journey. In the first quarter of 2022, the Deltek Talent system was deployed and a new employee onboarding program was introduced. Despite external hurdles, we happily welcomed back staff to the office, providing an added opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and collaborate in person.
As we move into the warmer months and restrictions continue to ease, I look forward to meeting each of you in person. Until then, enjoy the wonderful season and new beginnings ahead.
