Did you know we offer Concierge Services seven days a week from 2pm – 10pm?

While overall the last two years have been difficult for everyone, the COVID-19 pandemic illuminated some things that we could improve upon, especially regarding serving clients in a worried state. After all, curbside care has been necessary to keep our team safe and the hospital open, yet sometimes very frustrating to pet owners.

We sought to remedy this challenge by bringing on team members whose specific role is care and comfort. The main priorities of our Concierges are to:

  • Look after the needs of clients waiting curbside, either before their pet is seen or while they are being treated. Water and snacks are offered, and general information is provided to ease their concerns. They also validate how important their pet is and that they are in good hands. Our Concierges do not give any medical information. They are strictly there to tend to the communication, compassion, and kindness every pet owner deserves.
  • Look after the basic needs of the AEHV care team. Our staff often works 12-14 hour shifts and maintaining proper hydration and a nutritious diet can be more than challenging. Keeping them in top shape ensures they are ready for any emergency situation that presents.
