Head of School Update

Brice Richards

Dear CCS Families,

I hope each of you is enjoying your summer! I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for partnering with us to make last school year such a memorable one.

Your support, engagement, and collaboration are what make our school community so special.

Please accept this email as a reminder regarding our upcoming early release Wednesdays beginning in August. To ensure a smooth afternoon transition for all students, please carefully review the following details regarding KidzConnect care:

  • KidzConnect will be open and available to all families on early release Wednesdays.
  • If you anticipate your child needing KidzConnect on these days, you must register them in advance and pay a one-time registration fee.
  • To help families adjust to the schedule change, there is no other hourly or daily charge for childcare on early release Wednesdays between the early dismissal time and our normal dismissal times up until 3:00 PM for elementary and 3:30 PM for middle school.
  • If your child needs to remain in KidzConnect past our normal pickup windows (after 3:00–3:30 PM for elementary or 3:30–3:45 PM for middle school) on early release Wednesdays, standard KidzConnect fees will apply.

It is our goal to ensure every child is safely accounted for, so please complete your registration(s) HERE as soon as possible if you plan to use KidzConnect.

Continue to enjoy a safe, relaxing, and wonderful summer break. We look forward to seeing you back refreshed for another great year ahead!

Thank You,

Brice Richards
