Director of Development Update

Christina Harrill

Dear CCS Families & Faculty,

As we begin another exciting school year at Concord Christian School, I want to invite every member of our community to be a part of strengthening the mission that makes our school so special. Our Lion Share Annual Fund campagin, "Every Lion, Every Share, One Strong Pride", is now underway. One of our goals this year is 100% participation from faculty, staff, and board members which we believe sends a powerful message to our students, families, and community that those who serve at Concord are also personally invested in advancing the mission. Participation—not the size of the gift—demonstrates our shared commitment to providing an exceptional Christ-centered education for every student we are privileged to serve.

There are many exciting opportunities this year for families and members of our community to support Concord through the Lion Share Annual Fund. Join us for our Fundraising Dinner on Sunday, September 27, at Fox Den Country Club, featuring special guest comedian and entertainer Josh Mancuso. It promises to be an unforgettable evening of laughter, fellowship, and purpose. Tickets are on sale now!

The following day, tee it up with us at our Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, September 28, at Fox Den Country Club. Registration is now open! See page two for more details and links for these two events.

Businesses and families can make a lasting impact through monthly gifts HERE and/or event sponsorships, which provide valuable recognition while directly supporting our students and staff.

Looking ahead, we're excited to announce that the Concord Lion Fun Run will return in February 2027! In previous years, this event was hosted through Booster, but this year we are bringing it completely in-house. By managing the event ourselves, 100% of every dollar donated will stay at CCS, directly benefiting our amazing teachers through their retirement fund. We're thrilled about the opportunity to maximize the impact of every gift while continuing this fun event that our students and families love.

Whether making a donation, attending an event, sponsoring a program, or volunteering your time, there is a place for everyone to make a difference at CCS.

Please reach out to me anytime at charrill@concordcs.org or 865-966-8858. I would welcome the opportunity to visit with you about the many ways you and your family can become more connected and support our mission of "Inspiring students to follow Jesus by equipping them to serve, lead, and transform their world."

Thank You,

Christina Harrill
