Marketing Update

Lorna Keeton

Dear Concord Families,

Welcome to the 2nd edition of Concord Campus News (CCN). We hope you find this weekly update informative and that it helps you to maintain better connectivity to our church and school.

I'm still acclimating to building out content on this platform, which is fairly different from Canva (what I used previously to create Maroon & White). I would ask for your patience for the next few editions and would also welcome input about any improvements I could make with it. We hope that CCN will ultimately streamline communications and minimize email volume for our families.

The goal with CCN is to provide for key updates, celebrations, and global events from CCS and across the Concord campus. It is important to note that this isn't an exhaustive communication. If you haven't already, please take a moment and follow us on our social media platforms Facebook and Instagram where no shortage of important information and announcements are also shared daily.

I'm thrilled to share a brief video HERE of our Head of School, Brice Richards, as he speaks to 2025/26 school updates and our Portrait of a Graduate.

Please join us for Senior Night at 6:40pm at Blankenship Field in Oak Ridge with our football team kicking off at 7:00pm. Our Lady Lions varsity soccer team continues their historic season and will be hosting a State game at CCS on Saturday,10/25, at 1:00pm. Come cheer them on as they work to secure their Final Four spot!

If you're looking for a place to worship, please join us at FBC with services at 8:00am, 9:15am, and 11:00am.

Have a wonderful weekend, and continue to enjoy fall in beautiful East TN!

Blessings and Best,

Lorna Keeton

Director of Marketing & Alumni Affairs

Senior Ads

**Deadline of November 1st to purchase!**

How to Purchase and Create Your Senior Ad:

We've made the process simple! You can design and purchase your ad online by following these steps:

  1. Visit our Yearbook Website: Head over to our dedicated yearbook page HERE and scroll down to "Yearbook Products & Ads". Enter your student's information, and then click "shop for this student".
  2. Choose Your Ad Size: We offer several sizes to fit your preference and budget.

Designing Your Ad: You will receive an email from Balfour stating that "your ad workspace is ready for you to upload images & work on your ad design." Follow the steps to create & submit your ad.

You also have the option to create the ad yourself using a design program (ex. Canva) and email that to Elizabeth Bean at ebean@concordcs.org. You will still PURCHASE your ad through the Balfour store, but you will email me your finished design. If you opt to go this route, you will still receive the email stating "your ad workspace is ready." That means your purchase was successful, but you do not have to follow the design steps stated above.

**Please be sure to PURCHASE your Senior ad by Saturday, Nov 1st! This deadline is firm to ensure we have enough time to design and print the yearbook. You then have until Jan 20th to CREATE & submit your ad.
