Weekly Update
Lorna Keeton
Dear Concord Families,
Welcome to the 4th edition of Concord Campus News (CCN)! I hope everyone has had a great week. Time is certainly speeding by, and it will be Christmas before you know it!
With that in mind, and winter weather soon to be upon us, I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you of our inclement weather (or unexpected events) policy.
If school is closed or delayed due to inclement weather or unexpected events, parents will be notified using the following outlets of communication:
● CCS Website (www.concordchristianschool.org)
● CCS App
● Social Media
● Local TV Stations – WBIR, WATE, WVLT
Please note that no email will be sent from CCS administration, so please use the above listed outlets of communication to receive the most updated information. Concord Christian Preschool and KidzConnect will communicate information for their departments. For additional information regarding procedures for school delays and closings, reference our handbook found on our website or app.
As mentioned in Mr. Snider's latest Superintendent update, CCS is currently engaged in a vital self-study in preparation for our Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) accreditation visit in the Fall 2026. A key part of this important process is administering a mandatory research instrument into our school’s culture in the form of a survey. Your feedback is critical to receiving accurate results.
We ask that you take a few minutes to complete this important survey found HERE by December 12, 2025. Please remember, only one survey submission is requested per household. This research instrument is designed to be concise and insightful, taking approximately 5 to 15 minutes to complete. Please know that your individual responses are completely confidential and anonymous. All data is collected and managed exclusively by ACSI, and the final report our school receives will only contain aggregate (group) results, ensuring that no single response can ever be traced back to your household. We deeply appreciate your prayers for our school as we undertake this important process.
If you haven't already, please take a moment and follow us on our social media platforms Facebook and Instagram where no shortage of important information and announcements are shared daily.
If you're looking for a place to worship, please join us at FBC with services at 8:00am, 9:15am, and 11:00am.
Have a wonderful weekend, and don't forget to turn those clocks back Saturday night!
Blessings and Best,
Lorna Keeton

The workshop welcomed local middle and high school students for a day filled with creative inspiration — attending writing sessions, chatting with local authors, and connecting with fellow young writers.

Senior Ads
**Deadline of November 1st to purchase!**
How to Purchase and Create Your Senior Ad:
We've made the process simple! You can design and purchase your ad online by following these steps:
-
Visit our Yearbook Website: Head over to our dedicated yearbook page HERE and scroll down to "Yearbook Products & Ads". Enter your student's information, and then click "shop for this student".
- Choose Your Ad Size: We offer several sizes to fit your preference and budget.
Designing Your Ad: You will receive an email from Balfour stating that "your ad workspace is ready for you to upload images & work on your ad design." Follow the steps to create & submit your ad.
You also have the option to create the ad yourself using a design program (ex. Canva) and email that to Elizabeth Bean at ebean@concordcs.org. You will still PURCHASE your ad through the Balfour store, but you will email me your finished design. If you opt to go this route, you will still receive the email stating "your ad workspace is ready." That means your purchase was successful, but you do not have to follow the design steps stated above.
**Please be sure to PURCHASE your Senior ad by tomorrow, Saturday, Nov 1st! This deadline is firm to ensure we have enough time to design and print the yearbook. You then have until Jan 20th to CREATE and submit your ad.
