Dear CCS Families,
Welcome to a special edition of Concord Campus News. As we prepare to start another school year, this issue has targeted information about Launch Day and upcoming events. Please take a few moments to read it in its entirety so that you don't miss any important details.
First, I want to sincerely apologize for the recent bumps in the road. Thank you so much for your continued patience this summer during our transition to Blackbaud.
We experienced some significant challenges during our initial onboarding, and we know this caused a lot of frustration for everyone, including our own team.
Fortunately, we are well on our way to having these major issues fully resolved and will be ready to go for the upcoming school year.
Please note that in the coming weeks, the CCS mobile app will no longer be in service. Moving forward, all school communications will be shared through our primary communication channels of this weekly newsletter, Blackbaud, and our school's Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Blackbaud Email Update
Have you been missing school emails? We've discovered that some official school communications sent through Blackbaud are being mistakenly delivered to parents' SPAM or Junk folders. To help ensure you never miss an important update, schedule change, or school announcement, please add the following email domains to your safe senders or contacts list:
Whitelisting these domains lets your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) know that messages from Concord Christian School are safe and should be delivered directly to your inbox.
Upcoming Events
As we look ahead, we have two exciting opportunities to support Concord Christian School while enjoying fellowship with our community.
On Sunday, September 27, we invite you to join us for Boots, Bows & BBQ at Fox Den Country Club. This promises to be an unforgettable evening with special guest Josh Mancuso! Purchase your tickets HERE.
Then on Monday, September 28, we'll tee off for our Annual Golf Tournament, also at Fox Den Country Club. Whether you're an experienced golfer or simply want to support our school, we'd love to have you join us. Tourney registration is HERE.
