Spring 2023 Community Giveaway

Lots of VOLUNTEERS are needed, and there is a wide variety of days, times, and tasks! We can use you for an hour or more, sitting or standing, talking to people, or behind the scenes. ALL ABILITIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO JOIN US!

Jobs Include:

• Atrium setup (Sunday, 4/16, immediately after worship - no registration required)
• Sorting & organizing items (Monday-Thursday - 9a-3:30p, plus Wed 5-8p)
• Signing in families and/or helping "shop" - These spots are key to connecting with the families who attend the event! 
• Thursday: 3:45-7:00p
• Friday: 9:45a-12:45p, 12:45-3:45p, 3:45-7:00p
• Saturday: 7:45-11:30a 
• Safety Team
• Thursday: 3:45-7p
• Friday: 3:45-7p
• Saturday: 7:45-11:30a
• Tear down and pack up - Saturday 11:00a-1:30p

NOTE - If you would like to shop AND volunteer, please register as a shopper and volunteer, which are separate registrations. You are currently in the VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION.

DONATIONS will be accepted at Concord Church at the following times:

• Sunday, 4/16, right after worship and 2:30-5p
• Monday-Thursday 4/17-4/20- - 9a-3:30p
• Wednesday evening 4/19 - 6-8p
• Thursday evening 4/20 - 4-7p

The following will be accepted: 

Children

• clean, gently used, unstained clothing & shoes of all sizes and seasons - particularly spring/summer
• clean outerwear (coats, boots, etc.)
• costumes
• unbroken toys with all pieces (only small, like-new stuffed animals, please) 
• baby furniture, toys, and supplies of all kinds
• gently-used books
• clean, working outdoor toys and bicycles

Adults

• clean, gently used, unstained clothing & shoes of all sizes - particularly spring/summer
• clean outerwear (coats, boots, etc.)
• purses, belts, scarves, hats, jewelry, and other accessories
• sleeping bags, duffle bags, suitcases

Household

• plates, cups, pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, small appliances
• sheets, blankets, curtains, towels, washcloths
• small furniture (that can be transported in a van or car)
• lamps, office supplies, school supplies 
• gently-used books
• exercise equipment (that can be transported in a van or car)
• working electronics and tv's (flat-screen only)
