Updated Hybrid Schedule
The hybrid schedule will be changing at the start of the second quarter on Monday, November 2. Upper school students will begin classes at 7:55 am and end at 2:00 pm and middle school students will begin at 8:40 am and end at 2:45 pm. Senior Free period which is Class 8 will now be at the beginning of the day. Middle school students may arrive at 7:30 am. Before care is available.

The Concordia Prep Admissions Team would like to thank all of the CPS faculty and staff, Boosters and PTL representatives for being involved in our Open House last Saturday. We hosted 60 families and had the pleasure of showing them around campus and sharing with them more about our academics, athletics, fine-arts, spiritual life and saints culture. Families also had the chance to meet and greet our faculty and staff in our Tent Village on Saints Field. This is where we were able to spotlight and showcase our wonderful departments and all the great things students can be involved in here at CPS. A great event and a great opportunity to continue to share and show all the wonderful things we have to offer here at Saints Country.
For those that were not able to attend our Open House, we do still have a number of "Virtual Events" that prospective families can be part of. To learn more about those events, please check out our website:

Student Portraits
Student Portraits will be held Monday, November 9th (SAINTS) and Tuesday, November 10th (CONCORDIA). All students, on campus, will have their portrait taken during the day. A link to ordering your portraits will be sent to you soon.
Irvin Simon Photographers will also have a drive-up date for students that are learning virtually. More details will be coming soon.

1/4 Zip Fleece Jackets Added to the School Uniform
Concordia Prep has added 1/4 zip fleece jackets to the school uniform. The fleece jackets are an optional. Youth sizes have been added.
Jackets are $45 each. Submit your order form with payment by Friday, October 23, 2020. Jackets will arrive the week of November 16 and be distributed at school.
You may drop off your order form in the front office with payment, make checks payable to Concordia Prep school. You may download this interactive PDF to your computer, fill it out, and email Mrs. Ponton at janeponton@concordiaprepschool.org.
Please drop off your payment to the front office in an envelope with your name and grade. You may also pay with a credit card. Email Mrs. Ponton (janeponton@concordiaprepschool.org) and she will send you an order form through OnCampus where you can select your size and pay with a credit card.
Music Department Apparel
The CPS Music Department is selling Music Department Apparel this school year. We are offering a variety of different items including, an Adidas jacket, quarter zip pullover, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and even CPS music department masks/camping chairs. As an added bonus the CPS music department gets a portion of the sales from each item.

20th Anniversary Saints Bingo,
Friday, November 20, 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Mark your calendars for the 20th Anniversary of Saints Bingo to be held virtually on Friday, November 20 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Prizes will once again feature Dooney & Bourke, Coach, Kate Spade, Thirty-One, Vera Bradley, and more. More details and tickets will be available soon. For the last 20 years, Saints Bingo has raised thousands of dollars for student tuition assistance.

Class of 2022 – It's Time to Order Your Class Ring
Order online at www.balfour.com. To see the rings in person or to be sized, visit Balford's office at 32 West Rd, Towson, MD 21204. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to recognize your student’s achievements. A Class Ring is forever.
Due to COVID, everything has to be done online (or families can go directly to the Towson store); plastic ring sizers are available at school if a student wishes to find his/her ring size. To size yourself, see the attached printable ring sizer.
NOTE: The rings will be delivered to the Towson store so they can be distributed to the students at the ring ceremony on January 9, 2021.
Deadline: To receive your ring by Christmas, order by October 30.
