Course Requests for 2023-2024
Course requests are now open for the 2023-2024 school year. Students have been given instructions from the registrar Martha Bainbridge: If you are currently in grades 8-11 please click on Course Requests on your dashboard in onCampus. An instruction guide is attached. See Ms. Bainbridge if you have any questions. Course Requests will close on June 8th.

Semester Two Exam Schedule
Exams begin on Friday, June 2. The exam schedule is attached and includes complete details about exam week. Reminder: Exam days are 1/2 days with a noon dismissal. There is no EDP on exam days. The buses will leave at 12:30 pm.

Dear Saints Family,
As we know there is, “For everything there is a season and a time for every matter under heaven.” At this time, our amazing 2022-2023 athletic season has come to an end. What a year it was and we are so blessed by our growth, accomplishments, and the opportunity to participate in athletics. Our last team standing was our baseball team. For the first time ever, our conference had a double-elimination tournament that took place over 10 days. The boys battled and ultimately had to win 4 games in 6 days to have the opportunity to compete in the championship. They took on the #1 seed Key in a marathon 4-hour slugfest and won 11-4 to force a second game. With highs come lows, and the boys fell in the final game. It was not without a valiant effort and we are so proud of their season.

2023 Athletic Awards Award Ceremony
On May 23rd, the Saints Athletic Department celebrated their great year at the end-of-the-year, Upper School Athletic Award Ceremony. Each upper school team chose two award winners: A Distinguished Athlete Award and a Saints Award. In addition, Senior Athletic Awards and some new awards were given out. It was a great opportunity to get together and support each other!

Physicals for next year are due August 4. TSM is offering sports physicals on June 7 and August 7 for $30/per person. This is a quick and easy station-based process that a lot of CPS families have utilized and enjoyed in the past. The June date has about 50 open slots and the August date has about 100. The links are below and athletes can sign up right away.

Heaven Sent Food Service and EDP Ends on Thursday, June 1, 2023
Heaven Sent food service in the CPS cafeteria will end on Thursday, June 1 – please plan accordingly. June 1 is also the last day for EDP. All middle school students must be picked up no later than 12:30 pm on exam days, Friday, June 2 through Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

Concordia Saints Families,
As we finish out this school year, we want to make sure you all know how much your support of the PTL activities has made a difference. We asked and you delivered...all year long! Our events included Back to School Night, Junior/Senior Sunrise, Open House, Bonfire, BINGO, Teacher Luncheon, Christmas Decorating, pop-up Spirit Wear sales, Senior Dinner, Bid for Kids, and New Student Night. You showed up big for Teacher Appreciation Week and we can't thank you enough!
We hope you have some much-needed family time over the summer and we will be ready to kick off the new school year come August. Please keep an eye on our social media pages as we will publish information as we receive and plan.
