Attention Sophomores and Juniors – SAT and ACT Tutoring
Applerouth Tutoring Services is excited to provide live online, timed, computer-based SAT and ACT practice tests, for Concordia Preparatory sophomores and juniors, from the comfort of home.
Sign Up HERE to register for Saturday, Feb. 13th or 20th, at 9:00 AM (SAT) or 9:15 AM (ACT).
Students will receive a login prior, to take the test on their own computer. Once your test is graded, you will receive emailed instructions on how to access your detailed, comprehensive score report and section-by-section, question-by-question analysis, so you can see your strengths and areas to improve. This test is free, and you're welcome to take both tests; 1 per weekend. Pre-registration by 2/10 is required.

Please make sure your contact information is up-to-date in OnCampus including your email address(s) home phone number, and cell phone number. You can update your information from the menu in OnCampus in the upper right-hand corner: click on your name and then "Settings." Reminder: you may opt-in to receive notifications for a variety of school communications including emergencies, the daily announcements, Pastor Couser's Daily Devotions, and the Weekly Update.

Concordia Prep's Music Department is hosting a Chick-fil-A Chilled Nugget Fundraiser through Friday, January 29, 2021 with delivery on Friday, February 5th, after school...just in time for Super Bowl!
- 64 nugget tray - $ 36.00-one 8 oz. sauce of your choice
- 120 nugget tray - $ 66.50-one 8 oz. sauce of your choice
- 200 nugget tray - $109.00-two 8 oz. sauces of your choice
(comes with re-heating instructions)
Pick up your chilled trays after school on Friday, February 5th.
All orders must accompany a check, sent into Mr. Meador or Mrs. Esser or the main office, made payable to Concordia Prep (nugget fundraiser in the memo line) by January 29, 2021.
If you wish to pay with a credit card, please email Mrs. Ponton ([email protected]) and she will share the form with you through OnCampus. We have to include the credit card fees: $37.80, $69.75, $114.45.

From the Office of Admissions – Re-enrollment for the 2021-2022 School Year
Beginning on January 9, 2021, we began offering priority re-enrollment for current Concordia Prep families until February 11, 2021, at which time we will begin announcing our admission acceptances to new families. Why is re-enrollment so early? On Thursday, February 18, 2021, all AIMS schools will be extending admissions offers to new students. In advance of this date, we need to know how many spots we have available in order to send out our admissions offers. We currently have waiting lists for several grades, and it is important that we are aware of your intention for the 2021-2022 school year by February 11, 2021. After this date, applications and financial awards for re-enrollment will be considered on the same basis as new applicants.
We know that families are making sacrifices to enroll their children, and we are grateful for your continued commitment to the CPS education and experience. If you agree to the terms of re-enrollment, please complete the process by February 11, 2021. The tuition and financial information for the next school year can be found here (2021-2022 Financial Information).
To Re-enroll, Please return the following materials by February 11, 2021:
- A completed Re-Admission Application Form.
- The Tuition and Fees Contract signed by all paying parties. If you would like a contract emailed to you, please contact Mr. Berger or Ms. Stefanelli.
- Tuition Deposit (Upper School $725.00; Middle School $550.00)
- Tuition Insurance fee, if applicable (Upper School $350.00; Middle School $255.00)
- For rising Seniors: Graduation Fee of $297.00

For Giguere Students Only: Re-Admission Form plus an additional $400.00 (GiguereProgram deposit, due by March 31, 2021.)

How am I able to pay my deposit and fees?
We accept cash, check, and money orders. Made payable to "Concordia Preparatory School." If you are interested in paying your deposit/fee payment online via credit card, we can certainly set up a payment form for you to do so. Credit card payments will have an additional 5% fee applied to each payment. Please email the Admissions team if you would like to do this, thank you.
