Updates on In-Person Learning
Earlier today we sent an email with updates concerning in-person learning. On Monday, March 1, 2021, all students are welcome to attend school in-person four days per week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Students will no longer be confined to attending on the Saints or Concordia days. Students are also welcome to learn virtually. Wednesdays will continue to be a Virtual School day for all students.

If you missed it, all the details can be found here:

Sixth-Grader Joshua Evans Publishes his First Book
Congratulations to sixth-grader Joshua Evans for publishing his first book entitled "The Coolsons Kids: The Family of Peace."

Yesterday, Joshua discussed his book in Mrs. Edwards' English 6 class. He discussed the plot, read an excerpt, and shared why he wanted to become an author. The book is about the Coolsons kids – a large family that laughs, cries, prays, and fellowships together.
Class of 2021 Flying into After Prom Fundraiser
Please help support the senior class post-prom event by sending a flock of flamingos to your friends, family, neighbor, or anyone else. For $25 you can have flamingos show up on the lawn for 24 hours. They will then take off to another location. There will be a tag on a flamingo if the owner of the house that they show up at would like to send the flock to another location as well.

Orders can be emailed to Payments can be in the form of a check payable to Concordia Prep School and must be noted in the memo section 2021 Post prom fundraiser. You may also use a Venmo payment to Cindy-Hoerl and write flamingos in the note section. Thank you for supporting the Class of 2021 and helping them have a memorable send-off to college. Any questions can be directed to Cindy Hoerl ( or Meredith Hieber (
