Concrete Industry Survey- Employee Burnout and Worklife Context

I hope this message finds you well. A colleague (Dr. Jacob Avila) and I are conducting a study to examine employee burnout and worklife context in the concrete industry. We just received approval from the university to begin collecting data and are excited about the opportunities to share our findings with all the members of our industry.

We are studying employee burnout and worklife context in the concrete industry and are using two validated instruments for assessing these phenomena. The instruments are the MBI and AWS and they are highly effective (and expensive) so we are wanting to get as many people as possible to participate so we can maximize this opportunity to gain a better understanding of these phenomena in the context of the concrete industry.

We are specifically seeking industry professionals (18 years and older) at U.S.A. and Canadian-based concrete industry companies. Please share this link with your colleagues. The survey will be open until December.

 Thank you for your input!

Sincerely,
