Join Chicago Chapter of AI for the 2023 Conditions of the Chicago Real Estate Market. This year's seminar will be held June 16, 2023, at the DePaul University - Loop Campus.
CCAI welcomes Hugh Williams back to CCAI to discuss the state of the industrial market in Chicago and nationally. Hugh will give an update from his presentation last year.
Meet Hugh Williams:
Hugh is Director of Strategic Growth & Entrepreneurship at Sterling Bay where he leads the firm’s investment in, and partnership with, local minority- and women-owned businesses that work with Chicago’s commercial real estate industry. Together with Sterling Bay leadership, Hugh allocates firm resources – including capital, mentorship opportunities and professional relationships – to Chicago-based entrepreneurs, empowering them to develop a significant presence in their field. In addition, Hugh serves as principal of MK Asset Management, a Chicago-based real estate investor, operator and third-party service provider with a current portfolio value exceeding $100 million in real estate assets.
Prior to joining MK Asset Management, he established Avison Young’s Chicago office, the company’s inaugural U.S. location. A former Big 10 Conference football player, Hugh graduated from Northwestern University with a master’s degree before beginning his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago office.
CCAI has received approval for 7 credits by AI, Illinois and Michigan. Other states have been applied to and we are waiting on responses.
