Dear Parents/Guardians,
Parent-Teacher conferences have been scheduled for:
- Tuesday, February 9 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, February 11 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
- Friday, February 12 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Please take this opportunity to visit with your child’s teacher about your child’s academic and social progress this year.
Conference Scheduling is done on-line.
The scheduling site OPENS on Saturday, January 30 at 12:00 a.m.
and CLOSES Monday, February 8 at 11:59 p.m.
Please follow these easy steps to schedule your child’s conference.
1. Click here to schedule your conference.
2. The first page is “Welcome to the Online Scheduler”. Enter your email address and click on “log-in / create an account”. Your email address will be your login ID. Your password is your student’s ID number. (If you do not remember your student’s ID number, you can find it by logging into your Parent Portal on our school’s website.) Please contact the Parent Technology Helpline at 952-975-7094 or helpline@edenpr.org if you have trouble accessing your Parent Portal account.
3. You will then see your child’s teacher’s schedule. The names of the teachers are color coded to correspond to his / her schedule. Once you put in your times, your schedule will be available in printable format and will give you an option to have an email reminder sent to your address.
4. If you have multiple households, only one parent/guardian will be able to schedule a conference time.
5. Parents who do not have an email address on file will receive a letter from their child’s teacher asking for preferred times to conference.
Conferences will be held using a Zoom meeting. You will receive the meeting link in your reminder email from PickaTime. Your teacher will also be providing the link to the Zoom meeting in their newsletters. Conferences are scheduled in twenty minute slots for classroom teachers. If you wish to conference with one of your student's Specials teachers (Art, Music, Spanish or Physical Education), you are able to schedule a time using the online scheduler. These conferences are set up for 10 minute slots.
