Still Need a Mask?
Raynham resident, Heatha Harris, has made over 1,000 masks since COVID 19 emerged. She felt the need to make quality masks because her daughter is a cancer survivor and essential worker. From there it boomed into a mask business! She learned how to sew to be able to donate supplies to front line workers. She got a sewing machine shipped overnight to help them until the governor mandated the public to wear them, so she switched over to being able to provide masks at a low cost from her own garage! Her masks are available in different sizes and patterns at 28 Sunflower Drive, Raynham. There's a self service table where customers uphold the honor system to pay for their supplies.
There are print outs available on the table for any frequently asked questions regarding anything concerning her products. People still reach out to her every day to find out what patterns she currently has!

Historical Tidbit:

1980 Senior Class Poem

Thresholds
Over the thresholds we will travel
Succeeding the trying days of future dreams,
Each day will be a new experience
And each mistake a lesson in life.

Over the thresholds we will ravel
Striving to make the future worth living,
Meeting responsibility anxiously,
And fulfilling our own wants and needs.

As we cross the threshold
We will be headstrong, attempt, succeed, and fail.
We will keep our heads high when defeated
And give the world the best we have.

As we cross the threshold
We will look back on four years
Brushing away tears for the past
As we leave our stepping stones and leap to solid dreams.
