This weekend, our second collection will help support the Catholic Communication Campaign. Half of the collection will support our diocese's communications projects like newspapers, website, and outreach campaigns. The other half will go to the USCCB to be awarded in the form of national and international grants.

We are offering the 9-month retreat experience of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. The Spiritual Exercises for Everyday Life (SEEL) Retreats begin in September and conclude in May of each year.

There is a limited number of openings for retreatants that can be accepted for the SEEL program for 2022-2023. Applications are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis with a requested fee of $300/retreatant. Partial scholarships are available if needed. More info...

The Archdiocese Of San Antonio has established a fund to help the families in Uvalde thru Catholic Charities. ​​​​​​​This fund will provide crisis relief services to those affected by the school shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde and assist with travel costs for family members who need to travel to Uvalde. The Diocese of San José along with other dioceses across the country are launching a three-year National Eucharistic Revival, starting this year on the weekend of the Feast of Corpus Christi.

The Revival will begin locally on Sunday, June 19th with a Mass with Bishop Oscar Cantú at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph, followed by a Eucharistic Procession around the Cathedral. All are invited to join Bishop Cantú for the Mass, Eucharistic Procession, and Benediction. This is the first of many opportunities available for the faithful in our dioceses to be part of this revival in the next three years.
