Brady Cook - On-Road Maintenance
Brady upholds Casella Standards daily, always leads by example, actively cares for people and is responsible for training and developing top talent in our Pittsford shop. Brady always steps up to do the right thing, no matter what.

Ben Layden - Construction
Ben is in charge of one of the busiest parking lots in Rutland. He takes great pride in what he does and looks out for the safety of everyone around him.

Marty McMahon - Transportation
Marty is always looking out for trouble, whether it is with equipment, someone doing something in an unsafe way or even making sure that the jobs we send them on have a safe dumping spot - and he will not let people dump if it’s not safe to do so.

Kevin Mason - Transportation
Kevin shows up ready to work, does his pre-check every morning and follows the proper procedures on any required fixes, no matter how big or small. If he is unsure on the radio, he stops and asks. He helps us be efficient, maintain schedules and stay on the given task at hand.

George is always actively caring for people by looking out for the younger guys. If George sees something he says something.

Robbie is forward thinking in his everyday tasks, always looking to keep people around him safe. He has been instrumental in VELCO work this season.

Dan's astute awareness of his surroundings, his fellow employees, his understanding of the consequences of what he is doing and the immediate results of all the above is an extremely important attribute he possesses. Dan maintains an awareness that we want to instill in all our employees.
