"Frank has been working on the North Rutland Substation Project since the beginning. He has been part of a crew that has done work primarily inside the yard, in tight spots with a lot of things in the ground - some being known and some being unknown. Frank always advocates for everyone working on the crew to act as one team: “There is no I in team, we rise together, and we fall together.”
Frank upholds the Casella Construction standards every day he comes to work, wanting to be more involved with the daily plan so he can be as efficient and as safe as possible. During the daily walkthrough, Frank always has input and checks to make sure everything that is going to be carried out will be safe. Frank looks after his equipment and is actively doing the maintenance sheets daily to keep his equipment in working order, which in turn makes things safer on the job.
In his time here at Casella Construction, Frank always puts his work first and does the best of his ability - with safety always being a high priority, as it should be. There are many reasons why I think Frank should be a Leader in Safety; the above are just a few examples."
