PALAD invites members of the Filipino community and its allies for the third year in a row to march as a unified contingent during Sunday, June 9th's LA Pride Parade, from 10 AM - 2 PM. PALAD wants to show LA that we are Filipino and Fabulous - that we support and love members of our community who are also members of the LGBTQIA+ community, AND that we are excited about the alignment of LA Pride weekend with Philippine Independence Day.


If you, your friends/family, or your organization want to join us, each individual planning to march with us should fill out the form at tinyurl.com/paladpride2024 by FRIDAY, MAY 31ST. Marchers of all ages, including kids, are welcome!

Thank you to the 50+ community members who engaged with Board Member Guerrero, myself, and experienced committee members. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and we are thrilled with the enthusiasm to learn more about how the district partner with volunteers to impact student outcomes. Applications are being accepted by Culver City Unified School District until 4:30 PM on Friday, May 31, 2024. Late applications may not be accepted.


The appointments for these openings are scheduled to be considered by the Board of Education during a regularly scheduled board meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 2023. Applicants are encouraged to attend this meeting.
