Isabel Bueso has been receiving life-saving care for more than 16 years at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland. She and her family are facing possible deportation back to Guatemala due to a recent change to federal immigration policy, a move that’s “contrary to our most fundamental notions of basic human rights,” says Chancellor Sam Hawgood.
